Finding an optimum balance for rate of tax is problematic within our current code due to so many complexities. As best as can be ascertained the balance is closer to optimum with the cuts.

I am using Google's EBlogger. Generally it can be implemented without knowing code. However, it will accept some coding that will enhance the utilization, particularly the collection of statistics by Google Analytics.
